Once you’ve placed an order, we want to make sure you receive your product quickly.
We make every effort to ensure sufficient stock is on hand. Our policy is same day or next day shipping. If we receive your order after hours or on the weekend, it will go out the next business day. If we are unable to fill your order, we will issue a refund and contact you immediately. If we are unable to fill your order promptly, we may backorder or request your instruction. At no time will you be liable for subsequent shipping fees as a result of a backorder.
Logo customized orders may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. All parts of safety certified products must be controlled at point of manufacture. Headband logo’s are embroidered or silkscreened before the item is assembled.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post regular parcel with published transit times of 3 days to 10 days. You may demand Express Post service for an additional fee. Canada Post shipping tools will help you determine how long it will take to receive your order here. Orders ship from Ontario. Enter M6S5A5 into the “From postal code” box on the form.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you want to return or exchange the product within 30 days, please email email@example.com for an RMA. Returns will be accepted due to the reason manufacturing defect without question as long as the product is in the same condition it was received and has not been worn. For your convenience, we are providing the return shipping address here, however, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed without an RMA. Please contact us for an RMA while you still have the product in hand. We recommend keeping the original shipping envelope and all packaging contents for 30 days so you can return the item in the same condition it was received and to save the expense of an envelope.
